Franzl

Our "Franzl" extends over an area of about 75 square meters and has a sunny and spacious sun terrace with lake view, lounge area and dining area.

"Franzl" (Franz Rauch) was the father of Liserl. The painter and Lüftlmaler (Bavarian fresco painting) ran his own painting business, devoted to his art.

The open plan living-dining area with cozy living area has an open fireplace, TV, a cozy dining area and a modern fitted kitchen including all amenities and accessories. The view of the lake and the mountains is wonderful. The larger bedroom (about 13 square meters) with access to the terrace is equipped with a large closet, TV and a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom (about 10 square meters) also has access to the terrace and has another double bed, TV and wardrobe. The large bathroom has a double vanity, bathtub, toilet and clothes dryer. The smaller bathroom offers a vanity, shower and toilet.
